What's included
- Screen and projection, whiteboard and video conferencing gear.
- 500 Mbps fiber, covering the whole space.
- Air conditioning throughout.
- Coffee and water for the whole session.
- Bike and scooter parking. Playacar is flat and quiet, so arriving by bike, scooter or on foot works well and leaves room for whoever does need to drive.
- The room set up the way you need it: classroom, U-shape, round tables or theater.
- Early access to set up, at no extra cost.
That last one is what people thank us for most: getting in two hours early to set everything up, without rushing and without paying extra for it.
How pricing works
Rates depend on the space, the hours and the number of attendees. Send us the date and we'll get back to you the same day.
Hourly
Short sessions and working meetings.

Four-hour workshops.

Full-day training and programs.
Recurring
If your event runs every week or every month, we quote the block.
Add-ons: coffee break, custom setup and help receiving attendees at the front desk.
Schedule
Events and training sessions run Monday to Friday from five in the afternoon, and Saturdays and Sundays at any time. During the day the space operates as a working area for our members.

Quiet residential area, five minutes from the beach, with direct access from the highway. It's flat and compact, so walking or biking in from downtown is easy.

It's a working office space, not a hall that opens only for events. There's daily service, constant upkeep and someone at the front desk to receive your attendees.

We'll confirm availability and pricing the same day. If you'd like to see the space first, we'll set up a visit whenever suits you.
If your group is large, we can help with the wording of your invitation, suggesting attendees come by bike, scooter or carpool.
